Cheesestick Tales

One evening I ordered a plate of healthy cheesesticks at a local restaurant. They were (fortunately) deep fried, but to my great surprise, no crusty breading was used. Instead the gooey mozzarella was wrapped and nicely packed into a Chinese spring roll-type dough. It was certainly a tasty treat!
